| Baby I Am is always on the lookout for new artists and designers. To share your work with us, please send us an email with as much information as possible about you and your work, including high resolution images of your designs and pricing. We do not require physical samples of your work, but it is helpful to see the product in person. Please send all submissions to productsubmit@BabyIAm.com. Please send physical non-returnable product samples to the following address. |

| Sales Tax |

| No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the state of California. Baby I Am is, however, required to collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to a California address. |

Backorder Policy |

| Occasionally, due to high demand, some of our products may be backordered for a period of time. In the case of a backorder, you will be notified immediately of the expected ship date of that item. No charge will be incurred until your order is available to ship. All backorders will ship promptly unless the order has been cancelled. In order to cancel an order, please send us an email requesting cancellation to itsall@BabyIAm.com. You will receive an email confirming cancellation, providing the item has not shipped. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions. |

Returns and Exchanges Policy |

| Baby I Am is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of the item. Simply call us within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will give you a return authorization number, which is valid for 10 business days. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we receive your return without a Return Authorization Number, after the allotted 10 business day window has passed, or if we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage. |
| Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. |
| If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined on our Customer Care page in the Shipping Information section. |
| Hand painted, personalized, custom designed furnishings and all made-to-order items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned, as they are crafted to your personal specifications. If you wish to cancel a custom order, you may do so within 2 business days of your original order date. |

Orders Outside Contiguous United States |

| International orders and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher charges than stated above. Please call us for exact prices for these shipments and for specific information regarding international orders. Often times an item will only be available for delivery within the 48 contiguous states, which will be outlined in the product description. |

Standard Delivery vs. Premier Delivery |

| Standard Delivery for larger items includes placement of the item just inside the main threshold of your home. For an extra fee, you may request Premier Delivery, which includes placement of the item in the room of your choice, unpacking the item, and removal of packaging debris. |

Freight Shipments |

| If you are receiving a shipment from a freight carrier, the delivery company will call ahead of time to schedule your delivery. You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery. When your order arrives, you are responsible for performing a thorough inspection of your shipment, in the presence of the driver. If you find any signs of damage to the item’s packaging, it is imperative that you note the damage on the driver’s delivery ticket. | Because many products on BabyIAm.com are hand crafted and made-to-order, shipping times given in the product descriptions are estimates. We will always make every effort to expedite the manufacturing and shipping of items to you and will notify you promptly of any delays. Baby I Am cannot be held responsible for delays beyond the estimated delivery times given. However, if you need your order to be shipped for a special occasion, it is always best to call us and let us know, so that we may try to exceed your needs. |
