Online ordering is available 24 hours : 7 days a week : 365 days of the year.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during our normal business hours of 10 am - 6 pm (US Eastern Standard Time).

Viewing Orders
Once your order has been confirmed, you should receive an order confirmation via email. To view your order, you can log in to your account via our website.  Also, located on your order confirmation, you may see, "You can check the status of your order by logging into your account".


Shipping & Delivery
We ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS as well as other commercial, residential and Freight carriers. 
Estimated shipping and delivery dates will be located on each product page in the tab titled Shipping & Returns.
Most items ship within 2-3 days business days and are available for expedited service.  Personalization and customized merchandise usually ship within 7-10 business days.

Tracking your order we will include or send a separate email with your order(s) tracking information.  Orders are available for viewing and tracking via your online account anytime via desktop, mobile and other computer devices. Or you can contact customer service for assistance,

Return & Exchange Policy
Baby I AM gladly accepts returns within 30 days of product delivery date.
Refunds, exchanges and store credit can be processed within this time, but first:

*Receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

Returnable Merchandise
All Returnable Merchandise includes purchased products that are new, unworn, unused with original box, packaging material and all items included with the original purchase. 
All returned merchandise is subject to an inspection with a 15% re-stocking fee.


Custom Merchandise
We are unable to accept Non-Returnable Merchandise including any item that has been personalized, customized in any way, hand-crafted, discontinued, listed as final sale or used. 

Unless the item has arrived defected, in which case we will honor an exchange for the exact item (pending availability) or any exchange option of the comparable value and we'll pay for return shipping. If you would like to return for a full refund, an RMA must be issued within the 30-day return policy.

Because each item varies, your Product's Detail section may include additional specifications, features, shipping and return.


How To Return An Item
All returnable items must include an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. An RMA may be received via email, telephone, or fax. We will need your order number, the item's name, code or SKU#, account verification and if possible, the reason for your return.
